• Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping

• Metro Areas: 1-2 business days

• Regional Areas: 2-3 business days

• Remote Areas: 3-5 business days

Shipping Rates

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery location and the total weight of your order.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number that will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. You can track your package's progress through our website or directly through the carrier's website.

Delivery Issues

In the event of a failed delivery attempt, the carrier will leave a card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from their depot.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange for a replacement if necessary.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. We may expand our shipping services to international customers in the future.
